KiiConnect Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KiiConnect, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These terms govern your use of the KiiConnect platform, including its web dashboard, APIs, mobile views, and all related services. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Eligibility and Access

KiiConnect is available to registered companies, licensed agents, or authorized individuals acting on behalf of an organization. You must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate company and personal details
• Use the service in compliance with local laws and regulations

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user or company found in breach of these terms or our acceptable use policies.

3. Account Registration and Security

When signing up, you agree to:

• Provide true, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and 2FA access
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account unless reported as a breach and confirmed.

4. Service Overview

KiiConnect offers a modular USSD SaaS platform that allows companies to:

• Create dynamic USSD menu flows
• Integrate APIs for real-time service delivery
• Bill customers per session based on subscription tier
• Access dashboards, analytics, and user tracking
• Scale across regions with multi-country and multi-company support

Services are available based on your subscription level and session balance.

5. Payment & Billing

• KiiConnect operates on a top-up + pay-per-session billing model
• Session rates vary by subscription tier (Basic, Standard, Premium, Enterprise)
• Usage is automatically tracked, and charges are deducted from your top-up balance
• All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law

You are responsible for monitoring your usage and maintaining a sufficient balance to avoid service interruptions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use KiiConnect for spam, fraud, or deceptive services
• Transmit harmful, illegal, or abusive content via USSD
• Attempt to breach or bypass system security
• Host menu flows that violate mobile operator rules or local laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these conditions are violated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and technology behind KiiConnect remain the sole intellectual property of TechnoFex Ltd. You may not:

• Copy, reverse engineer, or replicate the service
• Use KiiConnect branding without permission
• Repackage the platform as your own without written license

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use KiiConnect during your subscription period.

8. Data Ownership & Privacy

• You own all data created within your company account
• KiiConnect acts as a processor and custodian of your data
• We will never sell or exploit your data for unrelated purposes

We may use anonymized aggregate data to improve service performance and insights.

9. Service Availability & Downtime

KiiConnect aims for 99.9% uptime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

• Planned maintenance
• Third-party infrastructure failures
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance or platform disruptions.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination:

• Your account access will be revoked
• Data may be retained for legal or operational reasons for up to 30 days
• Unused session balances will not be refunded unless legally mandated

KiiConnect may suspend or terminate service for violations, non-payment, or abuse.

11. Limitation of Liability

KiiConnect is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss due to customer-side error or misconfiguration

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months of service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved through arbitration or courts within our operating jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. You will be notified via email or dashboard alert before any significant changes. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms.
